The beans in Monteverde Honey are processed with the “honey (miel) process”, in which the coffee cherry is sun-dried with the skin removed, but most of the pulp still on, bringing a full flavor with fruit, floral and sweet cedar notes. The medium roast of this coffee gently develops and retains these unique flavors and aromas.
